All Images produced by Luminous Lens Studio are protected by copyright law. Luminous Lens Studio retains all copyrights to the Images, even after delivery to the Client. The Client receives a limited license to use the Images for personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing and sharing on social media. Any commercial use of the Images requires the express written consent of Luminous Lens Studio. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Images for advertising, marketing, or resale.
Unauthorized use of the Images is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action. If the Client desires to use the Images for commercial purposes, they must contact Luminous Lens Studio to obtain a commercial license.

All fees for photography services are due as specified in the contract or invoice. A deposit may be required to secure the Studio's services. The remaining balance is typically due upon delivery of the Images. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Luminous Lens Studio accepts payments via credit card, check, or cash.
Prices for photography services are subject to change without notice. However, once a contract is signed and a deposit is paid, the agreed-upon price will be honored. Additional expenses, such as travel fees or location fees, may be added to the total cost. The Client will be informed of any additional expenses in advance.
If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a photography session or event, they must notify Luminous Lens Studio as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the amount of notice given. If the Studio is unable to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or equipment failure, the Studio will make every effort to reschedule the session or event or provide a full refund.
Rescheduling is subject to availability. The Studio reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee if the Client requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice.
Luminous Lens Studio is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during a photography session or event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Client is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. The Studio is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or venue closures.
In the event of equipment failure, the Studio will make every effort to repair or replace the equipment as quickly as possible. If the equipment failure significantly impacts the quality or quantity of the Images, the Studio will offer a partial refund or a complimentary re-shoot.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the photography services provided by Luminous Lens Studio shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, they may submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
The Client agrees to grant Luminous Lens Studio a model release, allowing the Studio to use the Images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, and website content. The Client may opt out of the model release by providing written notice to the Studio. If the Client is a minor, a parent or guardian must sign the model release on their behalf.
The Studio will not use the Images in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Luminous Lens Studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website and will become effective immediately upon posting. The Client is responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
